Registration Information:

Session 4 swim lessons begin Monday, February 27th.
Registration begins on Tuesday, February 14th.
Mansfield Fitness members may begin registering on Monday, February 13th.

Please note that registration done in person at the Mansfield Fitness Center
and is on a 1st come, 1st served basis.  Please note a second choice if you have one.
I will create waiting lists if a class becomes sold out.  
Payment must accompany your registration form in order for
your child's name to be placed on the class roster.  

Payment Information:
Payment for classes may be made by either cash or check.  Please make all checks payable to Big Dreams Fitness.  

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
A $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations before the first class.
No refunds or credits will be given after the first class.
** No refunds, credits or makeups for missed classes during a session **

If Munchkin Movement cancels a class session due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or pool closure,
you will be offered a make-up class or credit at the end of the session. Summer sessions will be offered a credit as there is no time in the schedule for make-ups.

Completed registration forms (along with payment - cash or check made out to Big Dreams Fitness) may be
dropped off in person at the Mansfield Fitness Center front desk beginning on the registration start date for the session. Enter through door C
on the left side of the hotel and proceed down the hall and through the door on your left.
